Summer Party for the Boys

The theme over at Daring Cardmakers this week is Summer Party....and the theme at Allsorts is One for the Boys.  I've been wanting to play with these Penny Black Stickeroos again so this was the perfect chance to get cracking.  A fairly plain and simple design but I think it works.... Just wish the sun would make an appearance in real life now!

Back to Basics

I've made this card for this week's Dare over at Daring Cardmakers.  The theme is Back to Basics and we have to use the 3 primary colours Blue, Yellow and Red - not the easiest of combinations but I'm pretty pleased with my attempt and I really love using these quirky character stamps from Stampotique.

Buddha's Birthday

Lythan's choice of Dare this week on Daring Cardmakers is Buddha's Birthday.  I've always struggled with the oriental theme so as I'm back creating I couldn't resist the challenge.  It's just a simple card and even though the banners for the birthday sentiment shouldn't really fit I think I can get away with it hahaha.

Penny Black 'Birthdays'

I'm having a fun crafting day as I'm looking after a friend's dog while they're at a wedding.  So I thought I'd make a card for another challenge.  This time it's for Penny Black and More who have the theme 'Birthdays'.  I've used Stickeroos for this one as I love these fabulous frogs.  They are so versatile and fun.

Helloooo..... I'm still crafting
